This is the legend of Bluebeard finally explained. The Love Witch was written, directed, and decorated (with handmade props and scenery!) by Anna Biller. Starring a Lana del Rey-esque Samantha Robinson, The Love Witch is a meditation on the battle of the sexes and feminist rage fantasy, filled to the brim with taroty, witchy aesthetic in the form of a garish mix of airy pinks and mustard yellows, royal blues and crimsons that clash.
